  12. Well, it seems there is not enough traffic to justify an OODBMS newsgroup. The
  13. only reason I read this group is to scan for OODBMS stuff, so I'd suggest that
  14. anyone with OODBMS interests begin generating traffic! In that spirit...

  16. Has anyone got a peek at Mainstay's new OODBMS for the Mac, "Phyla"? Is it a
  17. "real" OODBMS, or merely an object front-end glued onto some ancient
  18. technology, such as relational or hierarchical.

  20. I've had considerable experience gluing objects onto relationals, and it
  21. isn't the smoothest fit in the world!
