  14. I am sitting here in Paderborn in Germany and we (same friends and i)
  15. will create a national-independant-database on PD-Base.
  16. Now we want to include as much information as possible about language
  17. tables for the different countries and languages.
  18.  
  19. We need to now :
  20.    How to handle special characters of that language.
  21.    The relation of these characters in the order of all characters
  22.      (a<b<c<d< .... <z<A ..... and so on)
