  24.    I too have a 386-40 with 8 megs ram and have yet to encounter any
  25. problem with MS Access.  Perhaps the culprit is QEMM.  Access uses a
  26. LOT of memory and there might be an upper memory conflict.  I am not
  27. using any upper memory manager.  Hope this helps.
