  14. Mike, I just saw Clip4Win's ad this month (it was not in the December
  15. Databased Advisor).  It didn't make clear whether that product provides
  16. a true GUI with Clipper access to .DLLs the way Dolce Vita does.  Can
  17. you tell from the demo if it's a true Windows environment or just a
  18. Windows kludge of a text environment?

  20. If Clip4Win does real windowing and not just CUA (the way Provision:Windows
  21. does), I'd be more inclined to trust a Greg Lief product.  I, too, was 
  22. disconcerted by the two database engines that invited themselves onto my
  23. desktop when I fired up the DV demo.
