  15. A tip.  When one is very uncertain where to ask, one place is
  16. news.newusers.questions.  It often has question like "where can I
  17. best ask about this".  One can also try to check news.answers.  The
  18. problem from this newsgroup's point of view is that this covers
  19. MsDos FTP archive site related questions rather than generic
  20. information retrieval.
