- Looking for good and up-to-date books on VLSI Designs.
-
- I have the following four books on VLSI designs:
- 1. Mead and Conway (1980)
- 2. Weste and Dobberpuhl (1985)
- 3. Glasser and Eshraghian (1985)
- 4. Pucknell and Eshraghian (1988) 2nd edition
-
- I do not think the material in them are up-to-date,
- especially BiCMOS. Furthermore, I do not think any
- of the first three have 2nd edition. Am I right?
-
- Thanks for your attention,
-
