- No you can't. It's perfectly legal for you to import it, so far as I know,
- but you are absolutely NOT free to re-export it anywhere outside the USA,
- nor to give it, in any way, to anyone inside the USA who isn't either a US
- citizen or the holder of a green card. This may seem silly to you -- it
