  14. I am looking for information on any algorithms that adjust the size of
  15. the network while it is training.  I know about the Cascade
  16. Correlation one and described by Yoshio Hirose, Koichi Yamashita and
  17. Shimpei Hijiya in a paper from Neural Networks, Volume 4, pp 61-66.
  18. If anyone knows email addresses for any of those authors please also
  19. send that information.
