  13. I know that everybody is not interested by local idioms and that English is the
  14. current esperanto.

  16. However, my objective was threefolds:

  18. (1) There are French persons in all parts of the world (even in Australia...)
  19. and some non French native persons understand the French language (mainly those
  20. living in France for a period and making an effort for learning French);
  21.  
  22. (2) Explanations is a subject that interests a number of French persons;
  23.  
  24. (3) The two chairpersons have pointed out a mutation in the approaches for
  25. generating explanations that needs to be studied.
