- I know that everybody is not interested by local idioms and that English is the
- current esperanto.

- However, my objective was threefolds:

- (1) There are French persons in all parts of the world (even in Australia...)
- and some non French native persons understand the French language (mainly those
- living in France for a period and making an effort for learning French);

- (2) Explanations is a subject that interests a number of French persons;

- (3) The two chairpersons have pointed out a mutation in the approaches for
- generating explanations that needs to be studied.
