  16.     The announcement for an RFD for a natural language newsgroup doesn't
  17. seem to be out quite yet.   This is simply a reminder that discussion will
  18. take place in news.groups.  I am currently collecting a list of people,
  19. and will contact those who are interested later when the CFV, or the
  20. actual voting comes around.
