- I am not for or against the present IJCAI reviewing process.
- But I am curious to know if anyone knows of a paper (by insiders or outsiders)
- rejected by IJCAI or AAAI that turns out to be highly significant.
- With the general perception that the quality of papers is declining,
- would it be the case that changes in the review process like the one
- being discussed add only small perturbation to the pool of contributions with
- marginal values?
