  30. Obviously this single anecdote doesn't establish anything.  On the other hand,
  31. it's not only plausible, but reasonable, to speculate that the passage of 
  32. amendment 2 will encourage certain hateful people to become more open in 
  33. their hatred -- particularly in the context of the attitude expressed by 
  34. the more candid comments of the amendment's sponsors.

  36. Also, I find the "before amendment 2 passed, nobody was labeling Colorado a 
  37. hate state" both true and interesting.  I suspect many other "states" have 
  38. some unsavory attitudes that have not yet been brought to the national 
  39. attention.  Can you say "glass houses"?  Sure.  I knew that you could.
