- Obviously this single anecdote doesn't establish anything. On the other hand,
- it's not only plausible, but reasonable, to speculate that the passage of
- amendment 2 will encourage certain hateful people to become more open in
- their hatred -- particularly in the context of the attitude expressed by
- the more candid comments of the amendment's sponsors.

- Also, I find the "before amendment 2 passed, nobody was labeling Colorado a
- hate state" both true and interesting. I suspect many other "states" have
- some unsavory attitudes that have not yet been brought to the national
- attention. Can you say "glass houses"? Sure. I knew that you could.
