  22. That's only true, if you assume no equally cheap alternative will
  23. be available when supplies dwindle. Since we are talking about 
  24. many decades from now, I don't see how you can make this assumption.
  25. Why not wait until we know if there is a problem, before we try to
  26. solve it?
