  17.     The Polytechnical University of Madrid is making a survey
  18. looking for software on NATURAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT at two
  19. levels:
  20.           1) Undergraduate, with educational purposes

  22.           2) Postgraduate, to researchers and doctorates

  24.      The platforms used are PC based running either MS DOS or
  25. WINDOWS Operating Systems. If you are developers or software
