  14.     The clout project news machine, machine, is available for
  15.     receiving news from Chicago area sites.  This is a quick
  16.     way to get your posted news out to the Internet quickly.
  17.     It is also available for limited news feeds and a few full
  18.     feeds to larger sites.  News feed are required to have
  19.     Telebits running at 19200 baud, but incoming sites can
  20.     be at any baud rate.  The system is located in Hyde Park.
