- I will post the legislated guidelines relevant to your question, just as
- soon as I have the time! :-) For now, let's just say that you'll find those
- guidelines very open to interpretation. A lot also seems to depend upon the
- Judge or Master making the order, as well as the circumstances that must be
- considered in each individual case. Naturally, any number of things can have
- a direct bearing on whatever formula the Judge is basing his Order(s) on.
