- Just cause is a very open ended statement. This could easily become government
- backed extortion of NCPs. I have no problem with the scenario if the NCP has
- control over how the funds are used. If there is a dispute let the funds be
- deposited to a trust account until the problems are dealt with. Ideally,
- my family is really no business of yours or the government and am I glad my
- wife shares this view. It seeems as though the popular belief of today is
- that a family is the responsibility of the government and not those involved.
