- Perhaps since this is the first year they're doing this, they want some
- controls on how this works. People will probably need training on this sort
- of thing. Perhaps you need to be a registered user to access it for now.
- H&R Block will do it for you though. I really want my refund back fast, so
- for the past few years I've been using H&R Block's CashBack (tm) service to
- get my refund back in three days instead of three months. Now with the new
- rules allowing for electronic submission of returns, perhaps this time will
- be cut down to a couple weeks??? If this is the case, I may not bother with
- CashBack because they take a 15% discount!
