- Well, I must be crazy to contradict Paul Bodin on the subject of OS/2,
- but my experience so far, using NB 4.0 without Lingua under OS/2, is that
- if I load it with the /B switch, it doesn't load the NB font (including
- italics, subscripts,etc.). I also find that using the OS/2 8514/A video
- drivers, NB's command to reload fonts causes the screen to be totally
- corrupted. Finally, I find that if I have OS/2 start up NB automatically
- by putting it in the startup folder, I get a blank screen, although
- starting "manually" works fine. Beats me. Just some things to be aware of.....
-
- Despite all this, it still beats Desqview cold.
