- The problem is caused by a fault in NB4, which does not update the IBID
- template properly (despite the fact that it says that it has done so). The
- solution is somewhat cumbersome: write down the names of all customised fields
- in your database and erase the NBIBID.TPL file. Then use the PICK DATABASE
- option to add a database. Specify that you want the program to CREATE a
- database. When that is done you can add the customised fields to the template
- like the ibidplus manual describes it.

- The new NBIBID.TPL (or is is NBBIB.TPL?) contains a couple of extra deltas
- which must be there before the program can search properly. This method inserts
- them for you. Pity about the fields though.
