  13. The problem is caused by a fault in NB4, which does not update the IBID
  14. template properly (despite the fact that it says that it has done so). The
  15. solution is somewhat cumbersome: write down the names of all customised fields
  16. in your database and erase the NBIBID.TPL file. Then use the PICK DATABASE
  17. option to add a database. Specify that you want the program to CREATE a
  18. database. When that is done you can add the customised fields to the template
  19. like the ibidplus manual describes it.

  21. The new NBIBID.TPL (or is is NBBIB.TPL?) contains a couple of extra deltas
  22. which must be there before the program can search properly. This method inserts
  23. them for you. Pity about the fields though.
