  11. still working with NB3 cum SLS I wonder if someone out there had the same
  12. problem and solved it:
  13. the HP-fonts which come with SLS, like TA..., TG..., TC...8rp, have an
  14. inbuild blocking system which prevents any sort of manipulation, like
  15. altering characters, bolding them, enlarging etc. I would like to toy
  16. around with these fonts, and therefore have to circumvent the blocking
  17. system. How to do it?
  18. The EGA-screen for SLS is likewise blocked (unlike the Herc+ batch, which
  19. behaves properly). Who knows how to break the lock?
  20. The regular NB-screen fonts are also blocked, but here the system is easy:
  21. the very first character should be a dot, ".", which is replaced by the
  22. tiny middle dot, Alt-space (NB3). Change this to a dot and the font is open.
