- ___Pace___ Dave Reimer and Dorothy Day - I recall that Peter Parisi
- was asking about NB3, not NB4, hence my comments about default.set and
- startup.int.
-
- The deltas in startup.int are mentioned only in the Pgmming and
- Cust'ng Guide, which seems to be a highly classified document. I hope
- that V.4's documentation will include this, and that more of us will
- be allowed to read it.
-
- It seems to me to be odd that several settings in default.set are
- giving Peter problems. This is why I am not pacified by his failure to
- find other copies of default.set lying around in the system path -
- __vide__ my suggestions a few weeks ago, and to which he was
- referring. I suggest that all his difficulties related to default.set
- have a common cause......
-
- Now that you've started us quarreling over you, Peter, don't you think
- you should come clean and confess that all your problems are due to
- some blindingly obvious bit of finger trouble on your part? It's
- people like you who cause wars, meteor strikes, hard disk crashes, and
- outbreaks of glandular fever among students.....
