  11.    We are currently investigating the choices between the two COBOL
  12. compilers that IBM is offering as a replacement to OS/VS COBOL.
  13. Specifically, COBOL II and COBOL/370.
  14.    I saw the mail items on this that were circulated earlier and I
  15. was hoping that would blossom into a full-blown discussion.
  16.    Has anyone out there chosen/installed COBOL/370?  If so, what
  17. pitfalls have you encountered?  What should we watch out for as we
  18. move in that direction?  Would you recommend that we go straight to
  19. COBOL/370 or move to COBOL II initially, then convert to COBOL/370 at
  20. a later date?
  21.    Any information you have would be most useful.
