  27.    the country and the world.  Seeing how others have structured their
  28.    systems will be most helpful.  You can try Mark Resmers' *LIBS*
  29.    by telneting to   vax.sonoma.edu  password   libs.  Instructions
  30.    on how to ftp the file and get on a mailing list can be found here.
