  20. My understanding of our currently policy is that to read News from a PC or
  21. a Mac, you must specifically request it from the News administrator and
  22. have a statically assigned IP address.  At least that's what I had to do.
  23. I think that's a fair policy that prevents abuse as students in the public
  24. labs can still read it by logging into one of the time-sharing systems.
