- I am trying to resolve the different isoforms of CD45 on SDS-PAGE gels,
- but have had problems getting adequate resolution. Since the isoforms all
- migrate near the top of the gel (180-220 kD), couldn't I just run a low
- percentage gel, say 5%, and run it for awhile after the dye front runs off
- the bottom? How about running taller gels? Is there some kind of
- gradient that might be helpful (I'm running linear 8% gels now)? Any
- comments would be appreciated.
