  11. I am trying to resolve the different isoforms of CD45 on SDS-PAGE gels,
  12. but have had problems getting adequate resolution.  Since the isoforms all
  13. migrate near the top of the gel (180-220 kD), couldn't I just run a low
  14. percentage gel, say 5%, and run it for awhile after the dye front runs off
  15. the bottom?  How about running taller gels?  Is there some kind of
  16. gradient that might be helpful (I'm running linear 8% gels now)?  Any
  17. comments would be appreciated.
