  21. Yow!  That sounds like a lot.  Where does this chlorine come from and
  22. what is it used for?

  24. Also, what form is it released in?  Not all forms are equally bad.  The
  25. bad stuff (e.g. CFC's) is that which is stable enough to make it all
  26. the way to the upper atmosphere before breaking down.
