  14. Bank of America has screwed up one too many times.  I don't care how
  15. many bouquets of flowers they send in apology this time -- I'm getting
  16. another bank!  But which one?  Suggestions please!

  21. No charges (including for ATM access) with a minimum balance.
  22. Ability to handle direct deposit.
  23. A decent interest rate.
  24. Good, secure system, including security of your account if there is
