  39. Giggle I am always charmed by all these atitudes. If this is the case
  40. then where is that nice 24hr public transit that I have always wanted.
  41. Why don't we have a nice 30% tax on all those people who drive private
  42. motorcars. Alas, driving in Carifornia often bubbles down to being close
  43. to being a necessary thing. It is sort of very double-bindish to have
  44. things that are "privileges" and "necessities" at the same time.
