  13. Sad to say, singing EBS tests or in fact ANY EBS test other than
  14. "serious cold voice" are DEEPLY discouraged by the Powers What Be.

  16. The philosophy is that EBS is expected to be for public safety-oriented
  17. traffic, and things which detract from its status as a source of
  18. "serious" information are a no-no.  At KDVS, and presumably at KROY
  19. whence they got it, there was a silly beat-bebop EBS test which was  
  20. eventually prohibited.
