  11. I am interested in buying a syquest removable drive.  I have read the article in the November 1992 edition of MacWorld which compares various removable drive formats.  However, this article does not compare the different generic brands of syquest drives.  I have heard that brands differ considerable depending on the casing quality, power supply, etc.  Can anyone tell me why a brand such as Zytech 44 Mb cost only $759 while the PLI 44 Mb or Optima 44 Mb cost $1300?  What is a good cheap syquest drive?
