  27. I would just like to clarify for your benefit of the newgroups, that have had
  28. NeXT Summer Sale postings over the last month.

  30. Firstly, it is not NeXT Computer Inc. that is selling these systems, it is
  31. a friend in California selling a stock of secondhand units one of which was
  32. purchased by myself last year.
  33.  
  34. Since I had to source NeXTs all the way across the Pacific I felt that it
  35. was important to assist others that may wish to purchase the innovative
  36. NeXTstep computer environment.

  38. I thought the policy of AARNet was to have us all work together, keeping like
  39. minded people in touch across the globe, so everyone has an opportunity to
  40. get the computer system they wish to perform their work upon.
  41.  
  42. Since some of the groups I posted to have great daily turnover, and it was
  43. Xmas time, I would hate to have missed this oppportunity if such a computer 
  44. was on my purchase list.

  46. Basically, if you disagree with such activities then use the 'n' key and move
  47. onto the following posting and leave it to those who want a NeXT, which by my
  48. response list numbers near on a hundred interested persons.
