  21. Yes, I understand that.  Centuries ago it was "my tribe versus your
  22. tribe", then "my town versus your town", then "my region versus your
  23. region".  Right now it's "my country versus yours".  I realise it's
  24. natural.  So is greed and jealousy.  But just because it's natural
  25. doesn't necessarily mean it's best for the human race _as_a_whole_.

  31. The one which isn't running at a profit, regardless of the country.
  32. If the English company has a profit making factory in Oz and a
  33. loss-making factory in the UK, shutting down the Australian one would
  34. be a recipe for disaster.  But this is nothing to do with geography,
  35. it's to do with profitability.
