- Hello again,
-
- Ask and ye shall receive! I've been waiting for someone to request
- the ARCWOLF pictures. Sure, they're available everywhere (including the
- ever-popular wuarchive.uwstl.edu), but for those who don't have ftp-access,
- here they are, in all their full-color glory.
-
- This is the first in a set of six high-quality scans. It is a
- picture of three (youthful-looking) wolves at the entrance to what seems to
- be their den. This is a very nice shot, indeed.
-
- Boy, I'm getting to be the GIF god around these parts. I never
- expected that sierra.gif would get so many approving responses (not that I
- mind one bit). I have the other five in the arcwolf sequence waiting to be
- posted. Just lemme know if you want to see them.
-
- For those of you who have trouble viewing my posts, please read the
- following suggestions and THEN send me E-mail if you still have trouble.
-
- 1. You have a bad UUdecoder. Try ones on different systems,
- including your local system after downloading (I have an
- MSDOS UUdecoder for those who want it. The only problem is,
- how do I sent it to you - UUencode it?!
-
- 2. You have a bad GIF viewer. Try VPIC v5.1. It's available at
- WUARCHIVE (see above) in the directory mirrors/msdos/gif.
- The filename is "vpic51.zip" (be sure to switch to BINARY mode
- when you get the file).
-
- Waiting for your requests,
-
- Evan H. Bynum
- ebynum@cs.jhu.edu
-
- P.S. I'd like to see some posts about your experiences with wolves. I've had
- none myself, but maybe I can get to know these animals thorugh some
- stories you folks have to tell.
