- Hello everybody, just discovered the the wolf-newsgroup and the gif,
- very nice, I am waiting for more.
-
- New to this group I wonder if ever the mythological aspects of the wolf
- were discussed here.
- From a cherokee Indian I heard the wolf is associated with the power
- of teaching. Are there any references in other cultures?
- CHerokee story: A lonesome wolf would meet the leaders of a pack,
- who would turn the "young wolfes" over to the lonesome, to have a three weeks
- training and would be returned to the pack after the training.
- Is this pure fiction or has onebody ever heard or read of such a practise ?
-
- Would be sad, if this group were cancelled. I will try to watch
- newsmedias here and post any related subject.
- The only recent news I remember was a TV movie on wolfes in Spain.

- Mit freundlichen Gruessen,
