  27. Midnight in Germany (Central European Time, CET) is GMT+1. This is
  28. 6 pm on the east coast of America, and 3 pm on the west coast. So
  29. try between 2 am and 1 pm CET for best results (office time considered
  30. to be between 7 am and 5 pm, ending at 5 pm at west coast and starting
  31. the next morning at 7 am at east coast).
