- No, do not post files in one part. Sure some sites can accept them,
- including mine. Large files WILL get truncated at many sites. Not
- to mention line noise for those sites with modem access. You just
- should not post anything and anyway you want without considering for
- other sites.

- (asking for single posts) but don't realize the "global" effect,
- literally.
