  25. No, do not post files in one part.  Sure some sites can accept them,
  26. including mine.  Large files WILL get truncated at many sites.  Not
  27. to mention line noise for those sites with modem access.  You just
  28. should not post anything and anyway you want without considering for
  29. other sites.

  31. Don't consider this a flame.  Folks make this request all of the time
  32. (asking for single posts) but don't realize the "global" effect,
  33. literally.
