  16. No, no, no.  It's not "my server is broken, so don't send stuff that'll
  17. break it".  It's "my news server is broken, please send as large files as
  18. possible to stress test it".  A 1M file requires about 18 times more
  19. processing if it's broken up into 20 pieces.

  21. These multi-part things are only annoying and should be discouraged.
