  29. I don't know if it is because my machine is so quiet, so expensive or so
  30. new, but the little lights are INSIDE the caps lock, compose, scroll
  31. lock and num lock keys, BUT only the caps lock key light seems to work!
  32. THAT one yOu can toGGle ALl yoU WanT AND IS QuITe FuN. I can SEE thAT.
  33. But the compose key doesn't light up it just prints line gno∞▀δ. Num
  34. lock is numb - is that how it got its name? And scroll lock kills the
  35. window it's hit over (which is why this is my fifth attempt to recount
  36. to you the excitement I'm having here. I'll just be careful not to press
  37. it again, here...).

  39. I don't know why they call THAT scroll lock. I mean, a dead programme
  40. doesn't scroll any more it's true but I don't think it's a lock so much
  41. as a kill.

  43. Hell, there isn't even an L1 key anymore, though Stop-A does the funky
  44. stunt.  God I love boot monitors.

  46. Hey! Here's a theory! Maybe the blank key at the top left, next to Help,
  47. is, like, an anti-function-key and is sucking up the functions of the
  48. normal keys!!!!

  55. ps: by way of compensation, the display of blinkenlights you get when
  56. you powercycle this sucker just makes my day. God is it cool! I toggle
  57. the power switch two or three times an hour just to relax and get
  58. ready for work. It hasn't worked yet - I'm still not ready - but what 
  59. do I care???? They're so GREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN! Blink blink ... blink!
