- I have found that I too can fall asleep during class. I have been
- trying for a long time to find away to prevent this.

- I know it happens when I do not understand the subject matter being
- discussed. Somehow my brain turns itself off when it can't understand
- what someone is discussing. The only way I have found to prevent this
- is to get frequent breaks where you get to walk around and wake yourself
- up. Also, if you don't understand what the teacher is saying you
- can always ask for clarification.
