- I've been receiving materials on two "self-improvement" methods which, like
- some commercial methods are couched in "mystery language" which conceals,
- rather than revealing, the basic approaches and methods.
-
- They are the Hoffman Quadrinities Process, based in San Francisco but also
- available internationally, and the Avatar process, based in Florida, but
- also available internationally.
-
- Does anyone have information on the core approaches and insights of each?
-
- I've done processes using "mystery marketing" approaches, such as est, and
- full disclosure marketing approaches, such as Tony Robbins' Unlimited Power
- weekends, for which just about all the material is available in paperback.
- On balance, I don't think either marketing approach is superior in getting
- people to sign up, but the full disclosure approach seems "cleaner" in that
- you think you know in advance exactly what you're getting. Comments on this
- paragraph as well?
