- That people outside France consider themself lucky :)
- Indeed, a dec 1992 law has prohibited all use of cryptography
- for personal data, ie I can't crypt my hard disk without
- taking the risk of beeing thrown to jail!
- This is no joke, ithe law goes as far as that :(
- But, I'm still interested in pgp and in sites such
- as the former PAX in Australia that enabled secrecy mail,
- and has been shutdown for "that the service is unsuitable
- for AARNET" (the Australian Academic Research Net people).
- I haven't followed the whole discussion, can anyone brief
- me on that. How pgp programs? pgp 2.0 and...Can I use
- them outside the US (and France!).
