  12. I'm not sure, but I think the program "INST-DRV.EXE" will
  13. initialize the CT-VOICE.DRV file. I recall seeing a
  14. utility somewhere that referred to this procedure if
  15. problems developed. Maybe someone can add to this info.
  16. Evidently INST-DRV changes something inside of
  17. CT-VOICE.DRV (port setting/interrupt?).
