  26. Members of the group Bell Biv DeVoe were also stopped in the incident. It
  27. seems that one of the two cars that they were driving in resembled a car that
  28. was used in a hold-up months earlier. The officers involved are being 
  29. investigated by both civilian and police complaint review boards.
