- On National Public Radio this morning was an interview with the newly
- declared Principal of the Year. Credited with innovation, she mentioned
- that her favorite quote is "It's better to apoligize than to ask
- permission." (Hah! - I'd like to hear a student claim that in her office.)

- The first time I'd heard this line was years ago on Garrison Keilor's
- Prairie Home Companion. (Oddly enough, another NPR broadcast.) Anyone
- know who started it - and what the context might have been?
