- Sounds pretty weird. Wa and Oregon have a similar problem with Wa residents
- saving money by registring cars in Or. But it is the Wa cops who are after
- them. BTW: Wa has a "Fink on your Neighbor" program to report folks who are
- cheating. If you have Oregon plates you better not throw loud parties.
