- Nothing's a time or effort waster when Gov. Mario (Big Bucks) Cuomo
- wants to nickle and dime the taxpayers. This was his idea even though
- brought about through the Deparatment of Taxation and Finance.

- He even wants parents of newborns to pay for genetic testing for
- illnesses at $17 per child. Right now the state picks this up, but
- he wants the hospitals to pay the cost and pass that on.

- Before anyone goes into orbit about this; the genetic testing is
- for serious illnesses that lay dormant for many years and then
- erupt causing the parents untold grief. This is standard in all
- hospitals in New York, the capital of pickpocket politicians.
