- i think france had lots of records on it's citizens in wwii and the nazis
- came in and said...how nice...lets see who is jewish. i think since then
- france passed very strict laws concerning lists and id numbers which can be
- used as a key to ALL records. point is...you get databases going on people
- and they WILL be abused...by someone or some dept or group somewhere.
