  26. called rape.

  36.     Ugh.  This is so open to governmental abuse that I shudder to
  37. think about it.  Imagine the case where a 14 year old boy goes to
  38. court to get governmental permission to have sex with his 18 year
  39. old female lover.  Now imagine the same boy going to the same
  40. court to get permission to have sex with his 18 year old male lover.
  41. Which is going to be granted, do you think?
  42.     In my opinion, the last thing we need in this country is
  43. more government presence in our bedrooms, regardless of how old
  44. we are.
