  28. Strange comments, coming from somebody whose e-mail address comes
  29. up "nobody" when you try to do a reply!  Knowing that little
  30. oddity, the additional fact that "perl" is a programming
  31. language, and "Dan" is a loose extract from the first name of one
  32. of perl's authors, one has to wonder.

  34. But, that aside, I don't see where anything has changed because of
  35. the anon service.  There was just as much crap and flames here during the
  36. times that there haven't been any anonymous services.  They do
  37. serve a purpose, but like anything, there are always people who
  38. will abuse the system, anonymous or not.

  40. If it really bothers you, use a threading newsreader so you can
  41. pick the threads you want to read, or use a kill file by subject
  42. or name.
